We only charge one delivery charge per parcel regardless of its size and value. Delivery options are as follows:

• UK 1st Class Delivery - £2
• UK Next Day Delivery - £5.95
  (next working day if ordered before 2pm)
• UK Saturday Delivery - £9
  (for orders placed before 2pm Friday)
• EU & Ireland - £5
• USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand - £6
• Rest of the World - £8

We operate a 14 day returns policy from the date you receive the item, you can simply return it to us for a full refund*. All that we ask is that you return your purchase unworn and in its original condition, complete with its original packaging.

For Hygene reasons we are unable to accept returns of Earrings for pierced ears.
