How to Cancel an order

It may be possible to cancel your order by emailing sales@ebuni.com, you will need to do this as soon as possible after placing the order. Please include your Order Ref number and full details of your order.

Please note that you CANNOT cancel your order once it has been processed for dispatch. If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched you will need to return the item(s) to us for a refund in accordance with our Returns policy.
