Shipping Schedule: With the exception of weekends, Christmas period and Bank Holidays, we aim to process your order as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Normally orders are dispatched the same or next working day after receipt of your order. For Standard delivery 'ebuni' uses both '1st Class Postage' and 'Royal Mail Recorded Delivery'; a signature May be required upon receipt of the goods so please ensure someone is available to sign. The standard charge for all deliveries using this method of delivery is £2.00 (Inc. VAT)
Should your purchase not arrive within 28 days you should contact 'ebuni' and we will make every effort to locate the item, and if necessary, send a replacement at our expense or provide a full refund.
'ebuni' also offer a Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery using the Royal Mails 'Special Delivery', once again goods will be shipped either the same or next working working day from the date the order is placed. This service is charged at £5.00 (Inc VAT).
'ebuni' also offer a Guaranteed Saturday delivery using the Royal Mails 'Saturday Special Delivery', goods will be shipped on the nearest Friday to the date the order is placed, orders must be received before pm on Friday. This service is charged at £7.50 (Inc VAT)

We currently deliver to the following Regions/Countries: EU, United States, Canada and Australia.
'ebuni' can deliver to customers not in the UK, we use a combination of 'Royal Mail Airmail', 'Royal Mail International Registered' or 'International Recorded' post and a Signature May required for some deliveries. Regardless of the delivery location the Charge is £5.00
Important Note: Should your delivery be made to a place not within the European Union, local taxes and or import duty may be levied upon your goods, this is your sole responsibility and 'ebuni' cannot be held responsible for these charges.
