We operate a 14 day returns policy from the date you receive the item, you can simply return it to us for a full refund*. All that we ask is that you return your purchase unworn and in its original condition, complete with its original packaging.
Some items are shipped with a Product ID Tag - this ID Tag must not be removed unless you are happy to keep the product.
To obtain a returns number please complete the form at the bottom of this page.
Order Number, Your full Name, Full Address, Telephone Number, Product Codes for the item(s) to be returned and a brief description of the reason for the return.
Once you recieve your 'Returns Number', Securely package the item in its original packaging and send it to the address below, marking the 'Returns Number' Clearly on the Pacakging:

For your protection we recommend that you use a Recorded / Tracked Delivery service. We cannot issue refunds for goods that fail to reach us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
You will be notified via email when we have processed your refund. This usually takes up to 7 working days, however please allow up to 30 Days as stated in the Distance Selling Regulations.
*Please note that we cannot refund the original cost of delivery where the delivery address is outside of the EU unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. For UK customers please note that Special Delivery is an additional service selected by you at checkout and we are unfortunately unable to refund these charges.
In addition to our own guarantee you also have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 days of delivery under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations.
