We operate a 14 day returns policy from the date you receive the item, you can simply return it to us for a full refund*. All that we ask is that you return your purchase unworn and in its original condition, complete with its original packaging. For Hygene reasons we are unable to accept returns of Earrings for pierced ears.

Some items are shipped with a Product ID Tag - this ID Tag must not be removed unless you are happy to keep the product.

To obtain a returns number email us at: returns@ebuni.com providing the folowing details:

Order Number, Your full Name, Full Address, Telephone Number, Product Codes for the item(s) to be returned and a brief description of the reason for the return.

Once you recieve your 'Returns Number', Securely package the item in its original packaging and send it to the address below, marking the 'Returns Number' Clearly on the Pacakging:

You will be notified via email when we have processed your refund. This can take up to 5 working days.

*Please note that we cannot refund the original cost of delivery unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

In addition to our own guarantee you also have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 days of delivery under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations.
